My 11 Random Facts
1. I am a grandmother of one beautiful baby girl, McKinley age 1.
2. I love to Kayak more than canoe, although I have canoed more than 600 miles of Ontario throughout my life.
3. I collected and carried back over 50 stones from the bottom of Spawning Bay, Lake Temagami, Ontario to grace my garden.
4. I love to garden, especially plant and nurture roses, coreposis and lilacs.
5. I am writing a children’s novel about the founding of the Northwest territory (Ohio) that features my great, great, great, grandfather as a boy.
6. I have experimented with cooking since I was 11, and love to cook and try new recipes as well as make up my own.
7. I am addicted to Landshark beer.
8. I am lucky to have found my soul mate, Kevin Michael when I was just 22- and we have been together for 35 years.
9. I love to camp in the wilderness (no amenities- just know how)- no car camping for me.
10. I am an expert fire builder.
11. I like alt country music and my favorite artists are “The Be Good Tanyas, Gillian Welch and Hayes Caryl.
